Pearl Jam began in 1990 in Seattle, Washington. Even though the band eventually came to see incredible success, it took some time for them to reach stardom. By 2018, the band had sold over 95 million albums globally.
The band also went through a plethora of members in their earlier years, with past members being just one shy of the current operations members. It was almost like they were in self destruct mode for a while over the years.
Their call to fame is one of the bands that lead the grunge revolution in the early 90’s that continues to this day.
They’ve won numerous awards over the years.
