“Tiny Dancer” appeared on Elton John’s 1971 album Madman Across the Water and was written by Elton John with lyrics by Bernie Taupin. The track as a single achieved platinum sales. It was recorded at Trident Studios in the U.K. and was produced by Gus Dudgeon. As was common practice in the time period, note that the choruses were double tracked (sung twice) as opposed to being doubled electronically.
