From The Cars eponymous debut album, released in 1978, “Moving In Stereo” was one of four tracks which received heavy radio airplay, extending the album’s stay on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart to 139 weeks. The album sold over 7 million copies. It was recorded at AIR Studios in London and produced by Roy Thomas Baker (who also worked with Queen and many others).
