Released in 1985 from Iron Maiden’s fifth album Powerslave, “2 Minutes To Midnight” was produced by Martin Birch. The tracks was recorded at Compass Point Studios in Nassau, Bahamas, the studio owned by Island Records founder Chris Blackwell. This was also the studio that AC/DC‘s Back In Black album was recorded at. The Powerslave album was mixed at Electric Lady Studios in New York City.
