Derek and the Dominos were a short-lived English/American rock band that was formed in London, Englahd in 1970. Eric Clapton, Bobby Whitlock, Carl Radle, and Jim Gordon formed the band together after having played with Delaney & Bonnie and Friends.
They only ever released one album which was Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs. The album wasn’t a success at all and even Eric Clapton referred to the album as having died when it was released. It didn’t make the top 10 on the charts in the United States and didn’t even make it to the charts in the UK.
The group dissolved in the middle of working on a second album in 1971.

Where can I buy the 2CD/CD-R set please?
I love this album, and have bought so many versions of it it’s not funny – original vinyl, SACD, MoFi 20th anniversary remix, Elliot Scheiner remix in the Big Box Set, High Fidelity Pure Audio Blu-ray and so on.
This would be fantastic if I could get it
