What to listen for in Linkin Park’s isolated tracks
- Chester’s range. The vocal-only tracks move from soft, breathy verses to full screams, often within one song.
- Doubled vocals. Choruses are usually double- or triple-tracked, which you can hear clearly with the band removed.
- Electronics. Joe Hahn’s samples and Shinoda’s keyboard parts are easier to pick out in the multitracks.
