Lana Del Rey was born as Elizabeth Woolridge Grant on the 21st of June, 1985.
She didn’t start her music career until 2005 after moving from Upstate NY to NYC to advance her career. Del Rey’s climb to fame was via her debut single “Video Games” in 2011.
To date, she’s sold close to 20 million albums and 13 million singles. She’s also won numerous awards in her short time in the music industry and continues to be relevant in the music industry with each subsequent release.
