Ginger Baker is a drummer, percussionist, and vocalist with a long musical history. He’s best known for his time in the band “Cream” which he co-founded.
He was known as rocks first superstar drummer for his unique style of drumming that some claim is a mix of Jazz and ancient rhythms. He is also held responsible for jazz fusion and “world music”.
Incredible talent and the drive to produce incredible music was the catalyst for all of his musical creations. He was said to have a brutal work ethic.
