Sex Pistols | Anarchy In The U.K. (vocal, drums, bass only)

“Anarchy In The U.K.”, now a punk rock classic, was recorded by the Sex Pistols and released in 1976 as their first single.  The track also appeared on their only studio album, 1977’s Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols, which went platinum in both the U.S. and U.K..  The track was recorded by Chris Thomas and Bill Price.  Thomas had previously mixed Pink Floyd‘s Dark Side of the Moon.  While the example here is not the original recording, it is the surviving original members of the band (excluding bassist Glen Matlock, who recorded the parts prior to Sid Vicious joining the band), who re-recorded the tracks in 2007 for the video game Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, because the original multi-track masters of the tune could not be found.
