Off Nirvana’s classic Nevermind album, released in 1991, the track “Breed” helped the set to global success and sales of over 15 million copies. The album hit #1 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart in the U.S. along with counterpart top lists in Canada, France, Sweden, and Portugal and it went top 10 in most other world markets. Produced by Butch Vig, it was recorded at Sound City Studios in Van Nuys, California.
