Led Zeppelin released “What Is And What Should Never Be” on its 1969 album Led Zeppelin II. A Jimmy Page/Robert Plant tune, the album went to #1 in the U.S., U.K. and most world markets. It has also been named one of the most influential guitar and rock albums of all time by many music publications. The album was produced by Page and recorded at Olympic Studios in London, England.
